Nihilent, a global consulting and services company that uses human-centered approach for problem-solving and change management, recently announced its acquisition of Hypercollective, a cross-disciplinary Innovations Agency, which brings unique Digital design, creative and consumer research capabilities.

SA Global Advisors served as an exclusive advisor to Nihilent in this acquisition process. The acquisition bridges the gap between technology consulting and creative execution which is in line with Nihilent’s long-term M&A strategy to propel Digital Transformation capabilities and growth.
