Designation: Senior Vice President/Chief Consulting Officer- Digital Transformation

We are looking for exceptional leaders with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to set the vision, priorities and execution to grow a $50-75m Digital Consulting and Innovation business with diverse global clients and expectations in a rapidly changing Digital industry. An effective communicator, you’ll be a confident leader equipped with strong people management skills and a genuine passion to make things happen in a dynamic organization with experience in the following areas:

• Strong digital transformation consulting & strategy experience as a senior leader.
• Significant experience delivering complex digital projects with large consulting and digital
  engineering teams, leveraging design centric and agile methodologies.
• Building the Digital Ecosystem across priority Geos(US, Europe, APAC, MENA) by
  managing Strategic Partnership Opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities

• To provide strategic thought leadership, identify new opportunities for process and business transformation through digital interventions & leading the CoE team for executing the digital transformation projects/programs within the limits of organization guidelines and policies with the objective of spearheading Digital Transformation initiatives across the organization for achieving organization business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver customer-centred digital transformation. Be an innovation-led
  partner combining strategy, design and technology to engineer extraordinary experiences for brands, businesses and their customers.
• Working at the intersection of strategy, design and technology, we derive insight, shape interaction, drive integration and unlock innovation for our clients.
• Engage with the CEO, CMO, CDO and CIO organizations and gain credibility through thought leadership and professional eminence based on deep expertise in digital transformation.
• Oversee, support and monitor the delivery of Digital solution development programs including requirement definition, design, development, verification & validation and release.
• Lead initiatives for establishing agile development processes and standardizing solution development & technology frameworks.
• Bring an outside-in view and provide ongoing strategic thought leadership on digital best
  practices and tactics that align with business goals and overall business objectives.
• Work with various BUs, to include digital capability and offerings are infused as part of their
  overall GTM strategy. Build a Digital roadmap at an organization level in line with organization strategy in order to enable business transformation and revenue growth.
• Work with business & respective Business IT stakeholders to understand their goals & business
  requirements, unmet needs and current challenges for identifying new Digital opportunities.

Required Experience

• 25+ years of relevant experience and impeccable track record as a Digital Transformation leader.
• Business understanding and knowledge of transformation trends in 2-3 Industry verticals.
• Experience in leading large scale digital transformation programs which include technology,
  business strategy and human centric design dimensions.
• Deep expertise in agile methodologies and DevOps.
• Experience in programs which are Experience led, Velocity Driven and at Global Scale.
• Experience in delivering on one or more of the following technology stacks - Digital Marketing,
  Digital Commerce, Digital Service, Mobile, Responsive Web, Cloud Native.
• Experience in managing multi-skilled teams across consulting, technology, business and design.

We are looking for exceptional leaders with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to set priorities and cater to diverse client projects and expectations in a rapidly changing Digital industry. An effective communicator, you’ll be a confident leader equipped with strong people management skills and a genuine passion to make things happen in a dynamic organization with experience in the following areas:

• Strong digital transformation consulting & strategy experience.
• Significant experience delivering complex digital projects with large teams, leveraging design centric and agile methodologies.
• Developing key C-level client relationships to effectively drive negotiations and commercial outcomes.
• Building the Digital Ecosystem in your assigned Region(US, Europe, APAC, MENA) by managing Strategic Partnership Opportunities.
• Ability to quickly understand and synthesize business goals, objectives and help various stakeholders in visualizing the future-state.
• Ability to use business architecture patterns to convey core strategy and architecture concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for shaping and driving end-to-end digital transformations across business, technology, process and people, creating value by reinventing the core of our client's businesses.
• As part of our Global Enterprise Transformation Division, you would champion our patented human-centric solutioning framework and methodology.
• Lead engagement and discussions with clients to understand their business challenges in the context of the market, the consumer, socio-cultural trends, and technology; articulate problem statements; envision the solution roadmap, and work alongside our technology & design teams to deliver the solution.
• Effectively carve out and deliver digital transformation projects across the region, develop analysis, run and engage client teams and stakeholders, and deliver high-quality work products.
• Possess strong project delivery capabilities and familiar with project management and/or Agile methodology. Effectively manage both onshore and offshore resources.
• As thought leaders, demonstrate in-depth technical/functional capabilities and industry knowledge. Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge. Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently deliver quality solutions that exceed client expectations. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
• Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. Play an active role in counseling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• 10-15+ years of relevant work experience
• Relevant work experience in Digital Technology, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Omni-channel, Social Media, IT strategy consulting, etc.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting/design firms, professional services or project management, with expert skills in digital transformation project delivery.
• Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business needs.
• Excellent knowledge of Design patterns and anti-patterns.
• Excellent problem analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Critical reasoning skills, decision-making skills.
• Should be an extremely visual person, with a strong sense of design and exceptional presentation and conversation skills.
• Entrepreneurial stints would be added advantage.

• Strong business development, project delivery and project management skills.
• Familiar with digital transformation journeys of clients, key phases and industry best practices.
